Carry Roozemond

Carry Roozemond is a director of Ingrado, the national association that is committed to protecting the right to education and personal development. Every opportunity that contributes to the opportunities for development of young people is undertaken with the motto that we are stronger together. She is committed to this nationally and locally, at municipalities, and in education. She has been involved in the management of Cam on Wheels since spring 2021.

Nicole Franssen

Nicole has been a member of the board of the Com in Beeld Foundation since December 2022. She is trained as a political scientist and communications manager. During her studies and in her work, the themes of emancipation and inclusion have always played a major role.

Following her studies, Nicole worked for 30 years at organizations that are committed to the emancipation and inclusion of people with disabilities.
Inspired by the study of emancipation movements, she has also made the link to her own personal social situation as a person with a physical disability. The second important moment in her personal emancipation was her decision seven years ago to no longer hide her transgender womanhood.

During her work as a senior project advisor at NSGK/het Gehandicapte Kind, she first became involved with the Com in Beeld Foundation. With the enthusiasm she felt then, she was able to say yes to the invitation to become a member of the board at the end of 2022.

In addition to her involvement with Com in Beeld, Nicole is also a board member of the FLOOR youth coaching foundation. Together with Joke Visser she is working on a publication about the emancipation of people with disabilities in 2023.
